Armed with a doctorate in ministry and a degree in human resource development, she is the Managing Director of Phronesis Training Academy, where she has passionately trained and empowered individuals for over two decades.
Recognized as a trailblazer in her field, Beauty has received numerous accolades, including Business Woman of the Year and Best Social Enterprise in the Northern Cape province. Featured on esteemed platforms such as Business Day TV and SABC, she is a sought-after speaker and thought leader.
Committed to her faith and the upliftment of others, Beauty co-pastored with her late husband, Bishop Pretorius Magudu, until his passing.
